Rebeka Garcia Cook, MPH, is an epidemiologist, educator, and certified Executive Coach who comes from a background in Public Health focusing on systemic wellness.
She has also applied her skills to church worker care for over 20 years. As wife to Rev. Phil Cook (Pastor, Trinity Lutheran Church in Shawnee, KS), Rebeka knows bone-deep the joys, losses, and challenges of ministry. She has served on church worker and congregational wellness teams in Texas and Kansas, with various RSOs, at the Synod level, and internationally with missionary care. In addition to coaching pastors, principals, and other leaders, she has directly cared for pastor’s wives and participated in leadership activities to support this unique group.
A graduate of Concordia University Texas, Saint Louis University, and Concordia University Irvine, Rebeka founded Green Boat Executive Coaching and Consulting to help business and organizational leaders navigate and create seemingly impossible new realities without falling on their faces.
