Brenda’s heart is for God’s people. She is a life long Lutheran, first with Lutheran Church Canada until 2019 when she and her husband became a member of an LCMS congregation closest to her home. She has been a Rostered Deaconess in the Lutheran Church since 2000. She is currently on candidate status and seeking to serve God’s people locally, nationally and international as a Christian Life, Leadership, and Reconciliation Coach through Renewing Light Coaching Ministry. She is a certified elementary and high school teacher working in the Adult Alternative and Continuing Education Program of her local public secondary school board in order to coach others at a minimal cost.
Besides her CCLC (Certified Christian Leadership Coach) certification with Coach Approach Ministries, Brenda has her certificate in Coaching for Reconciliation through Ambassadors of Reconciliation.
Brenda’s heart is to help people know the Lord more deeply, and to support them in their life as God’s unique, precious creation. She has experience first hand and is well aware that God’s people are not immune to turmoil, frustrations and heart ache but it is who we lean on and how we handle such situations that makes the difference. It is her desire to help them to see their worth and identity in Christ, and to seek outcomes that are God pleasing, while identifying and eliminating any lies and barriers that may be keeping them from living out their calling and shining the light of Christ as brightly as they could be in any and all aspects of their life.
