I am a certified life, health, and CliftonStrengths coach. I work with individuals and teams to manage life changes successfully.
I have a structured, yet flexible approach with clients by incorporating coaching, training, mentoring, and consulting. I utilize different tools and exercises throughout my programs. Examples are Gallup CliftonStrengths assessments & reports, coaching tools, and my personally designed programs.
All my services can be delivered virtually or in person. With the move to hybrid and remote work and the business of life in general, supporting people where they are is important. I create dynamic, interactive sessions and workshops to keep clients involved and focused for the duration of our time together.
I have been a life-long member of the LCMS church. The foundation of my faith is strongly rooted through my family for generations. Life is certainly not a straight line and through a strong support system of my own, and prayer I have been focused on growing myself personally and professionally. Sometimes, finding support that is Christian-based isn’t easy and I’m proud to include this as part of my coaching practice.
I attended Concordia University – St. Paul and found a love for business and entrepreneurship. After working in business environments for 20+ years, I have experienced and witnessed a lot of change. It has always been important to me that the people going through change are supported. Showing people they have the skills, potential, and capacity to make it through change is why I get out of bed in the mornings.
My coaching journey has grown over time. As I witnessed my family have health issues, I wanted to support the changes in life through health, so I became a certified health coach. Then, after personally dealing with several rounds of burnout and anxiety, and watching others experience similar things, I expanded my education and became a certified life coach. I spent 5 years coaching individuals, and then knew I wanted to support more comprehensively and found Gallup CliftonStrengths. After reading a few of their books and doing some research, I knew it was the perfect complement to how I operate and support others. I became certified in CliftonStrengths Coaching in 2022.
