Thesis: Non-Anxious and Well-Defined: An Evaluation of the Healthy Congregations Workshop in a Congregation of the Northern Illinois District: Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. The purpose of this project was to discover whether these workshops helped to develop leadership in congregations. The results showed that leadership capabilities were enhanced among the participants.

Thesis: Pastoral Leadership as Reflected in the Ecclesiastical Models of Avery Dulles. This paper examined Dulles’ five models of the church, Herald, Servant, Institution, Mystical Communion and Sacrament and sought to discover which model, if any, lent itself to pastoral leadership. The project concluded that the Servant model was the most durable.
