Rev. Dr. Travis Guse
As a coach I specialize in vocational discernment and empowerment, starting new entrepreneurial ventures, strengths-based coaching and team building, leadership development and effectiveness, visioning and strategic planning, positive organizational development, and wellness/well-being coaching. I also serve as a coach trainer with Coach Approach Ministries (CAM), providing ICF certified coach training through our SED Coaching Network and beyond.
I serve as the Director of Wellness & Coaching for the Southeastern District (LCMS). I am an ICF certified Life & Executive Coach (PCC) and Gallup Strengths Coach. Recently I completed my doctorate in Coaching (D.Min.) from Western Seminary in Portland, OR. My passion is to empower everyday believers to discover and live out their authentic calling in Christ to be a greater blessing in the world today. I have a conviction that every believer needs to be empowered to be the Church, not just go to church, as part of their calling as the Priesthood of All Believers.
